Julia joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2026 as Carried Interest, Director within the Operations team in Luxembourg.

Before joining Quilvest, Julia spent five years within the Valuation and Fund Administration team at PAI Partners in Luxembourg where she was involved both in the valuation of portfolio companies and in the operational and financial oversight of the Private Equity funds.

She began her career as a Financial Auditor at Deloitte Luxembourg, where she worked for three years.

Julia holds a master’s degree in Accounting, Control & Audit from EM Strasbourg Business School, recognized within the French Chartered Accountant qualification pathway.

Ana Sainz de Vicuña is a director of Quilvest & Partners. 

From 1984 to 2003 she worked for Merrill Lynch in Spain both in the Private Banking and Investment Banking units holding a number of different managerial positions. 

Since 2004 she has been a board member of Corporación Financiera Guadalmar, a diversified Family Office with assets in Spain and Latin America (mainly Argentina and Chile). She supervises the Financial Investments Committee as well as the investments in hospitality in Chile. 

Ana is also member of the board of Grupo Security in Chile since 2009. Grupo Security is a Holding Company owning a Bank, an Insurance Company, an Asset Manager and a Services Company. It is listed in the Santiago de Chile Stock Exchange. 

In May 2014 she joined the Board of Inmobiliaria Colonial S.A a listed holding Company who owns Real Estate in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. She is Chairman of the Audit committee. 

In June 2015 she joined the Board of Acciona S.A, a leading firm in Infrastructure, Renewable Energies and water services. She was also asked to join the Audit Committee. Acciona is also listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange. 

In February 2017 she joined the Board of Prosegur Cash, listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange. Its main activity is Cash Transportation in Europe, Asia and South America. She is a Member of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee. 

Ana holds a BSC Honours Degree in Agricultural Economics from Reading University. She also completed the 77th session of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School in 2002.

Mani joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2005. He is a Partner, heads the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in New York.  

He initially joined Quilvest in New York as a member of the direct investment team focused on lead and co-investments primarily in the United States before opening Quilvest’s Hong Kong office in 2010 to develop the Asia and emerging market private equity programs. 

Prior to joining Quilvest, Mani worked at Alvarez & Marsal, a prominent crisis management and restructuring advisory firm. 

Prior to A&M, Mani worked as the Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for a data center and data communications provider in the Northeastern United States.   

Mani started his career in the Media & Communications and International investment banking practices of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, both in New York and Hong Kong. 

Mani received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan. He is an advisory board member or board observer on a number of Quilvest’s funds and co-investments. He is married with three children.

Rami G. Sayegh joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2016 and is a Managing Director based in Dubai.

Rami initially joined Quilvest Capital Partners between 2016 and 2019 to develop the firm’s institutional client network and business development activities across the Middle East. He rejoined the firm in 2024 as Managing Director.

Prior to rejoining Quilvest Capital Partners, Rami led capital raising activities in the Middle East for Round Hill Capital. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in asset and wealth management and capital markets at Blominvest, Credit Suisse, SNB Capital and MECG.

Rami holds a BBA from the American University of Beirut and a MSc in Finance from the University of Surrey (UK).

Catherine joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010. She is a Partner of the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in Hong Kong.  

Prior to joining Quilvest, Catherine spent several years at HarbourVest Partners (Asia) in Hong Kong, most recently as a Vice President.  She focused on primary partnership investments across Asia Pacific and committed over $150 million in capital to managers across developed and emerging Asia. 

Prior to that, Catherine worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company in its Hong Kong, New York, and Boston offices.   

Catherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University with concentrations in Computer Science and Business Economics.

David Silver is a Senior Advisor to the Buyout team in the UK and is based in London.

David brings more than two decades of investment banking and board-level experience, most recently serving as Head of European Investment Banking and a member of the Global Management Committee at a U.S. investment bank. Over his career, David has developed deep expertise in business services and tech-enabled services sectors as a banker, board director, advisor and investor.

David has served on the boards of several of Quilvest’s investments, including Phaidon International and Acuiti Labs.

Alongside his work with Quilvest, David holds several other private company and charity board positions.

David is a qualified lawyer with an MBA from London Business School

Gonzalo Tanoira was appointed director of the Company on June 10th, 2016.  

Mr. Tanoira lives in Buenos Aires and is a Director of several Argentine companies. He is the president of the Board of Directors of SA San Miguel, the largest citrus producer of the southern hemisphere, with operations in Argentina, Uruguay and South Africa. 

He is also Finance Director of Patagonia Gold, a mining company traded on the LSE with operations in the South of Argentina. He is director of Central Puerto, one of the largest energy generation companies in Argentina and of Grupo Peñaflor, a wine company. 

He has recently been appointed by the new Argentine government as director in its national airliner, Aerolineas Argentinas. 

In the past, Mr. Tanoira has worked in investment banking in New York as an analyst for Bear Stearns & Co, and in consulting as an Associate for Booz Allen & Hamilton in its offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Santiago de Chile. 

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Belgrano University (Buenos Aires) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and part of the business council of ESE, at the University of Los Andes (Chile)

Daniel joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2019. He is a Managing Director, Global Head of Sustainability and is based in Paris.   

Daniel leads Quilvest's sustainability function across the firm, developing ESG strategy, integrating sustainability into investment processes, and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Daniel spent two years as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris.

Before that, he worked for various engineering and energy companies in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Daniel holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as two MSc in Engineering from the IFP-School and ESCPE Lyon.

Thomas possède plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans le Private Equity et a travaillé sur plus d’une dizaine d’opérations à travers l’Europe (France, Suisse, Belgique, Royaume-Uni, Luxembourg) (Leveraged Buyout).

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest Capital Partners, Thomas a débuté sa carrière au sein du département Fusions et Acquisitions chez Lazard Frères, d'abord à New York puis à Londres.

Thomas est diplômé de l'ESCP (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) et détient un Master en Organisation Industrielle de La Sorbonne, obtenu avec distinction.

Renata joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2021. She is Chief Executive Officer, AIFM Conducting Officer and a member of AIFM Board of Directors. Renata is based in Luxembourg.

Prior to taking up the CEO role in Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2023, Renata was the Chief Compliance Officer and AML/CFT Officer of AIFM.

Before joining the Luxembourg investment fund industry, Renata spent 15 years in financial sector in Luxembourg, Ireland and Italy covering the compliance, project management, product development and marketing roles for the life and non-life insurance companies.

She has an MBA from Kaunas University of Technology and an MSc degree from Pavia University.

Marta joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2011. She is a Director of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team and is based in Paris. 

Marta is responsible for developing relationships with private and institutional clients in Europe, with focus on Italy, Benelux and the Nordics. 

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Marta was part of the Global Equity & Commodity Derivatives team at BNP Paribas. 

Marta started her career in the corporate finance team at Carrefour Property.  

Marta graduated from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) and holds a Master in International Business from Poznan University of Economics.

He focuses on the due diligence and execution of private equity fund commitments, co-investments, and secondary transactions across North America.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Benjamin began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Alternative Asset Management M&A group at Evercore in New York.

Benjamin attended Cornell University’s Hotel School, graduating with a Bachelor in Science in Hotel Administration.

Guy a rejoint Quilvest Capital Partners en 2014 en tant que PDG. En 2018, il a quitté ce poste pour devenir le Président du Comité d'Investissement Européen pour l’équipe Capital Transmission et est basé à Paris.

Guy possède plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du Private Equity en Europe, aux États-Unis et sur les marchés émergents. Il a initié et réalisé plus de 50 investissements dans le domaine au cours de sa carrière.

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest, Guy était membre du comité de direction du groupe 3i, associé gérant des investissements en growth equity, associé gérant des marchés en développement, président et associé gérant pour la France, et directeur général pour le Benelux.

Avant de rejoindre le groupe 3i en 1987, Guy a travaillé chez Eli Lilly et pour une entreprise familiale.

Eloïse joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2025 as a Compliance Officer, within the AIFM based in Luxembourg.

Before joining, Eloïse worked on Compliance & AML/FT matters in multiple sensitive industries, where she maintained and contributed to oversee the development of the Compliance program in France.

At the beginning of her career, she served as a Criminal & Business Legal Officer at a corporate company and in a lawyer firm, covering individuals and international institutional clients in Paris.

Eloïse holds a Master Degree in Law from UPEC University, and is CAMS certified.
