Charlie joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2017. He is a Senior Member of the Operations team, a Fund Director of our PE Direct investments funds and is based in Luxembourg.  

Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Charlie spent four years across Paris and Luxembourg, in the audit departments of Denjean & Associés and Deloitte Luxembourg. 

Charlie is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and holds a Master of Accounting, Control and Audit from IAE France as well as an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management awarded by the French government. 

Lisa a rejoint Quilvest Capital Partners en 2022. Elle est Associate au sein de l'équipe Capital Transmission | Buyout et est basée à Paris.

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest en 2022, Lisa a travaillé dans un cabinet de conseil en stratégie nommé Rise Conseil à Paris, ainsi que dans le département financier de Club Med Australie.

Lisa est diplômée de l'EmLyon Business School, où elle a étudié la Finance et la Stratégie.

Julianna joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2023. She is the assistant of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising and Primaries, Co-investments & Secondaries teams and is based in London.

Ali joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2004. He is a Partner of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team and is based in New York. 

Prior to joining Quilvest, Ali was Senior Vice President at Middle East Capital Group, a regional investment bank, heading the organization’s capital markets and fund-raising activities. 

Before that, Ali moved to London with Saudi International Bank, in the forward currency trading unit and then in the asset management department as an Assistant Investment Manager, focusing on commodities-based companies in the Canadian and Australian equity markets.  

Prior to that, Ali worked at the Saudi French Bank as head of its Private Banking Department, in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. 

Ali is a graduate of George Washington University, Washington DC.

Charles joined Quilvest in 2015. He is a Partner of the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in London.

Charles has 17 years of experience. Before joining Quilvest in 2015, Charles was an Investment Professional at Sullivan Street Partners, a mid-market UK private equity firm, and prior to that was an Investment Banker within the Mergers & Acquisitions teams at Barclays Capital and Nomura. 

Charles holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick. 

Orestes joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2014. He is Head of Portfolio Management and AIFM Conducting Officer based in Luxembourg.

Orestes is part of the Senior Management of AIFM. Orestes oversees the Portfolio Management department, coordinates the investment decision process for a variety of strategies and asset classes (private equity, real estate and real assets), participates in investment committees, and liaises with the Fundraising, Legal and Operations teams on regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Orestes served in various roles including Advisor at the European Investment Bank, Finance Manager and Partner at an Energy Efficiency technology startup, Investment Manager at Sodexo and at METAINVERSIÓN, and Project Manager at IDOM, S.A.

Orestes holds certifications and degrees including CAIA, CFA, CFA-ESG, MBA from IE Business School, and a master’s degree in civil engineering from ETS Caminos, Canales y Puertos in Santander.

Orestes is fluent in French and English, and a native Spanish speaker.

Mohammed joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2023. He is a Senior Member of the Operations team, a Fund Director of our Real Estate investment funds and is based in Luxembourg. 

Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Mohammed spent two years in the investment controlling team of Apollo Global Management Group in Luxembourg.  

Prior to joining Apollo Global Management Group, Mohammed worked as an audit Manager at PwC  Luxembourg and PwC Toronto.  

Mohammed holds a Master’s Degree in Management, Accounting and Control from EM Strasbourg  Business School. 

Sandra joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2021. She is Chief Compliance Officer and AML/CFT Officer of AIFM based in Luxembourg.

Nisrine Ben joined Quilvest’s Strategic Marketing & Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team in September 2024. Before joining, Nisrine had various roles, including Event Coordinator at S&P Global and Office Manager at Sienna Private Equity.

Nathanaël Benzaken is Partner, Global Head of Fundraising and Client Solutions, and a member of the Executive Committee at Quilvest Capital Partners (since August 2025).

With over 30 years of experience in asset management and alternative investments, he has led business development, investor relations, and client solutions globally.

Previously, he was Global Head of Business Development at Amundi Alternatives & Real Assets, Chief Client Officer at Lyxor Asset Management (2018–2022), and CEO of Lyxor AM USA (2014–2018). He began his career at Crédit Agricole and Arthur Andersen.

Nathanaël holds a Master’s in Finance from Toulouse University and a degree from KEDGE Business School.

Richard joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2024. He is a Partner, Global Head of HR and is based in London.

Richard has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources management.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, he held senior HR positions at Pantheon Ventures and Insight Investment, and began his career with firms including HSBC and RBS.

Richard holds a BA in Classics from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Psychology.

Adrien de Boisanger is the Board member of Quilvest Capital Partners and Chairman of Bemberg Capital.  

He is the co-founder of 360 Advisory LLP, an FCA regulated buy-side advisory firm, specialising in unlisted equity transactions.Prior to 360 Advisory, Adrien spent over 15 years working in various Investment Banking divisions of leading Financial Institutions (RBS, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas), in Madrid, Paris and London. 

During the course of his career, Adrien has advised Financial Institutions and Corporate clients in structuring highly complex financial engineering structures, working in both Fixed Income and Equity divisions. 

His managerial responsibilities ranged from origination and structuring to the execution of cross-border financial transactions. 

Adrien acted as Guest Teacher in Finance at the London School of Economics, where he received an award for “outstanding contribution to teaching” in 2014. 

He is the Chairman of the supervisory board of Quilvest Banque Privée, and a member of the board of International Advisory Services, the Bemberg family council. 

Adrien graduated from Paris II University (MA Company and Tax Law), and holds two post-graduate degrees from University College London (LLM), and the London School of Economics (Finance). 

Patrizio joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2022. He is Head of Risk Management and AIFM Conducting Officer based in Luxembourg.

Patrizio is part of the Senior Management of AIFM. In his role he is closely collaborating with Valuation, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations and the General Partners of the AIFM managed investment funds.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Patrizio was CFO at Flexam Invest, a real asset financing firm, moving to the investment funds industry after a long career in banking and financial markets where his last position was Deputy Head Treasury Europe for UBS Europe SE and Head Treasury for UBS Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. Patrizio started his career at Deloitte Consulting in 1993 and has over 30 years of experience in the banking, financial markets and asset servicing/investment funds industries. During his career he held multiple senior management positions in institutions such as UBS, Credit Suisse, RBC Investor Services and Dexia BIL.

Patrizio holds an Engineering degree from Ecole des Mines in Nancy (France) and an MSc in Banking and Finance from Luxembourg School of Finance.

Lily joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010. She is a Vice President of the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in New York.  

Prior to joining Quilvest in 2010, Lily was an analyst for Zephyr Management, an asset management firm.  

Lily holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. 

Hélène joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2022. She is an Assistant to the Legal Team, the IT Team and Quilvest France. She deals with Office Management and is based in Paris.

Hélène oversees relations with suppliers including accountants and participates in event management.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Hélène was a Legal Assistant at the French-speaking society for documentary authors and previously a Legal Assistant at Lagardère’s.

Hélène holds a MA in Applied Foreign Languages from University Michel de Montaigne Bordeaux III.

Olga joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2024. She is a Fund Controller focusing on PE Direct investments funds and is based in Luxembourg.

Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Olga worked as a Trainee in Reporting and Treasury at Quilvest Luxembourg Services S.A. and later continuing as an Analyst in Client Services at GEN II Luxembourg Services S.A.

She subsequently joined the Fund Administration Team at Tristan Capital Partners, where she focused on real estate funds.

Olga holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from IAE France, and a Master's Degree in Financial Analysis from Kazakh-British Technical University, Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Justin joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2024. He is an Associate within the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team, and is based in London

Justin has previous experience in Investment Banking within the M&A teams at Citi in London and Private Equity at a mid-market Private Equity firm in Paris.

Justin holds an MSc in Management from Emlyon business school.

Deena joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2023. She is the assistant of the Real Estate team and oversees the management of the London Office.

Prior to joining, Deena worked at Channel 4 News and the NHS.

Sean joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2023. He is a Senior Associate within the Private Credit team and is based in New York.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Sean worked as an investment associate at CDIB Capital International in New York.  

Prior to CDIB, Sean held positions in corporate development and investment banking at TIAA / Nuveen Asset Management and Perella Weinberg Partners, respectively.   

Sean graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. 

Trinity joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2017. She is the assistant of Fund & Co. Team and Office Manager of HK office. She is based in HK.

Prior to joining, Trinity received a Master Degree of Social Science in University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor degree of Social Science from University of Macau.

Benton joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2012. He is a Partner, heads the Private Credit Team and is based in New York.  

Benton is responsible for credit focused products at Quilvest and has over 20 years of private equity experience. He is a registered officer of Quilvest Securities (US Broker Dealer). 

Prior to joining Quilvest in 2012, Benton was a Managing Director at both Prospect Capital and Allied Capital.  

Benton began his career as an Associate with Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group. 

Benton earned a BA in history from Dartmouth College and an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Benton is married with three children. 

Justin joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2025 as a Vice President within the Business Development team and is based in New York.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Justin was a Senior Associate at Taconic Capital Advisors, where he supported the firm’s investor relations and capital raising efforts.

He began his career as an Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets group at J.P. Morgan.

Justin holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Connecticut College.

Charles joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2015. He is a Partner of the Private Credit Team and is based in Miami, FL. 

Charles has over 20 years of experience as a private debt and equity investor and investment banking professional. Charles is a registered officer of Quilvest Securities (US Broker Dealer). 

Prior to joining Quilvest in 2015, Charles’s principal investing experience included positions in the New York, NY offices of Allied Capital and Kohlberg Capital’s credit platform. 

Charles began his career as an investment banking professional at Lehman Brothers in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY and Merrill Lynch in New York, NY. 

Charles is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. 

Olivier joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2023. He is Fund Oversight Officer within the Operations team and is based in Luxembourg.

Olivier oversees the fund activities which encompass the monitoring of net asset value, the oversight of the service providers and delegates, as well as carrying out other regulatory duties of AIFM in collaboration with the General Partners and depositaries of the funds.

Prior to rejoining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Olivier was an Associate at BlackRock in Luxembourg.

Olivier started his career at UBS Wealth Management as reconciliation specialist in 2021.

Olivier holds a double MSc in Financial markets and corporate finance from Institut Superieur de Gestion (ISG) based in Paris.

Elias a rejoint Quilvest Capital Partners en 2020. Il est Vice President au sein de l’équipe Buyout et est basé à Paris.

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest Capital Partners, Elias a travaillé chez Reach Capital et Deloitte Paris.

Elias est titulaire d’un MBA de HEC Paris et d’un MSc en ingénierie de l’EFREI Paris.

Serge joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2016. He is Head of Valuations and AIFM Conducting Officer based in Luxembourg.

Serge is part of the Senior Management of AIFM. Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Serge was a member of the quantitative committee at Dexia group and was leading the risk modelling department of Dexia in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining the finance sector in 1998, Serge had a short military career in the air force.

Serge holds CFA, CAIA and FRM qualifications.

Hugo joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2025 as a Vice President within the Primaries, Co-Investments and Secondaries (PCS) team.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Hugo spent eight years at Federated Hermes, investing across primaries, co-investments and secondaries. During this time, he focused predominantly on lower mid-market opportunities across Europe and the United States. More recently, he specialised in the GP-led and LP secondaries markets, contributing to the development of the firm’s secondaries strategy.

John joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2024. He is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer, based in London alongside wider global offices.

John brings over 20 years of leadership, operational management and transformation experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Quilvest Capital.

Previously, he was a Partner at Pantheon Ventures, prior to that Operating Partner and Exco Member at Business Growth Fund, formerly Co-Founding Director, CIO and Operations Board Chair at Callcredit Group, which rapidly scaled before successful exit to TransUnion.

His earlier career roles spanned firms such as NatWest, Scottish Power, Kingfisher Group and DCS Plc. 

John holds Fellowships with the Institute of Leadership (FIoL), Institute of Directors (FIoD) and The Chartered Institute for IT (FBCS). Outside of work, John is a keen fitness enthusiast as well as enjoying spending time with his family.

Nicolas joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2024. He is Portfolio Manager within the Portfolio Management team and is based in Luxembourg.

Nicolas collaborates closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams of AIFM to ensure that investment strategies are executed in alignment with their mandates and legal requirements.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Nicolas was a Senior Consultant at Square Management.

Nicolas holds an MSc in Management with a specialization in Strategy from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.

Christophe Evain was appointed to the board in June 2021. he is also the President of  the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. 

Mr Evain is a highly experienced and successful investment professional, having held a number of leading positions in top European financial institutions during a career that spans more than three decades. During his twenty-year tenure at Intermediate Capital Group, he served as Group Managing Director, London, was responsible for international operations and business development, and sat on the company’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Following this, he assumed the dual role of CEO and CIO for seven years. 

As an active non-executive, Mr Evain continues to advise some of Europe’s top companies, most recently acting as Non-Executive at Land Securities Plc and as Chairman of Bridges Fund Management. Christophe is also an Executive Fellow at London Business School. 

Henrik joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2007. He is a Senior Partner of the Private Credit Team and is based in New York.  

He has four decades of international business experience and has held senior positions in private equity, investment banking and general management.  

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Henrik worked with Deutsche Bank in Tokyo, building a new private equity group for the bank and later in acquiring distressed mortgage portfolios.  

Before that, Henrik joined ZS Fund L.P., a New York private equity firm, as a partner in 1990.  

Prior to that, Henrik joined Morgan Stanley in New York, where he worked on M&A, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. 

He started his career in 1976 with A.P. Moller-Maersk, first in his native Denmark and then in Taiwan, Tokyo and New York in marketing and sales for Maersk Line’s shipping routes. 

Henrik earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Regina Fatkhutdinova joined Quilvest Capital Partners in March 2024. She is a Vice President, Assistant Finance Manager and is based in Luxembourg.

Regina is working on corporate finance matters of QCP Group and contribute to various transversal projects.

Regina is bringing over 10 years of experience in finance. Before joining QCP, Regina spent 3 years working as an Assistant Finance Manager for Gen II Luxembourg Services.

Regina has a Master’s Degree in Economics, along with Bachelor’s degree in Management.

Robin Filmer-Wilson was appointed director of the Company on June 10th, 2016.  

His term of office expired in 2022. Mr. Robin Filmer-Wilson is a founding shareholder of LABCO SAS, Europe’s largest diagnostic group, which he developed from EUR 25m in turnover to EUR 650m in turnover between 2004 to 2015, when the group was eventually sold to Cinven. 

Robin is an experienced private equity professional with a global career beginning in 1998 at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York followed by Baring Private Equity, TCR Capital and most recently, ArchiMed SAS, Europe’s leading independent healthcare private equity group where he is a Managing Partner. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Hera Capital, a SE Asian private equity group and a Director of Menalabs Cerba, a Middle Eastern diagnostic group. Robin holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from INSEAD. 

Manuel joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2009. He is the group Chief Compliance Officer and is based in New York.  

Prior to joining Quilvest in 2009, Manuel gained 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He worked successively as an audit and compliance manager from 1999 to 2009 for Credit Lyonnais and Bank Sarasin Europe S.A. in Luxembourg.  

Manuel started his career in 1995 as an external auditor with KPMG Luxembourg. 

Manuel holds a Master in Management from NEOMA business school and has since 2008 a degree in Compliance Management from the University of Geneva.

Romain joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2022. He is a Member of the Operations team and is based in Luxembourg 

Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Romain spent three years in Luxembourg, in the administration and controlling departments of Société Générale Luxembourg and Intertrust Group.  

Romain holds a Master’s Degree and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management awarded by the French government. 

Jeanne a rejoint Quilvest Capital Partners en 2025. Elle est Principal au sein de l’équipe Capital Transmission | Buyout basée à Paris.

Jeanne possède une solide expérience en private equity et en fusions-acquisitions, ayant travaillé sur de nombreuses opportunités d’investissement et opérations M&A dans divers secteurs.

Depuis 2019, et juste avant de rejoindre Quilvest Capital Partners, Jeanne était Principal chez Capza, une plateforme européenne de private equity spécialisée dans les entreprises small & mid-cap, où elle a piloté les investissements dans Myria Education, Gainerie 91, La Fée Maraboutée et Norcan.

Auparavant, elle a été M&A Associate chez Nomura pendant 2 ans, où elle a notamment conseillé Aeon Co., Verallia et DWS, puis M&A Analyst chez Adviso Partners pendant 3 ans, où elle a notamment conseillé Genetech, MC3 et Vitafrais.

Jeanne est diplômée de l’Université Paris Dauphine et de l’Université McGill.

Jordan joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2025 as a Vice President within the Buyout team and is based in New York.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Jordan worked in private equity at Andalusian Private Capital, where he underwrote investments across a range of sectors and stages of development.

Before Andalusian, he served as a Private Equity Associate at Olympus Partners. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Transportation and Infrastructure Group.

Jordan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he majored in Economics with a minor in Government.

Tej joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2025. He is aa Senior Associate within the Buyout team and is based in New York.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Tej was a Private Equity Associate at H.I.G. Capital in the Middle Market Fund. Tej started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Mizuho in the Financial Sponsors Group.

Tej graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics.

Hichem a rejoint Quilvest Capital Partners en 2015. Il est Partner au sein de l'équipe Capital Transmission et est basé à Paris.

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest Capital Partners, Hichem a passé quatre ans dans le département des Fusions et Acquisitions (M&A) d'UBS à Paris.

Laura joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2026 as a Principal within the Business Development team and is based in London.  

Prior to joining Quilvest, Laura was a Director at Franklin Templeton, where she oversaw the formation and development of a dedicated Family Offices channel in the UK. In this role Laura built a strong network of relationships for strategies such as private equity secondaries, private credit, real estate, hedge funds and venture capital.

From 2008 to 2022, Laura worked at RBC BlueBay  in various Sales Director and Investor Relations roles focused on distributing alternative and private markets funds in the UK and Europe across Institutions, Endowments, Family Offices and Wealth channels.

Laura holds an MA from the University of Cambridge.

Sarah joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2024 as an Associate within the Primaries, Secondaries, and Co-investing team and is based in New York.

She focuses on the closing and due diligence of private equity funds and co-investments in North America. Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Sarah was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Restructuring group at Perella Weinberg Partners.

Sarah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Math.

Carlos joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2005. He is a Senior Executive Officer of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team and is based in Dubai. 

Carlos started his career at British Aerospace (now BAE Systems) and after his MBA embarked on a 10-year stint in Consulting at Booz Allen and Hamilton (now Booz Inc) and Mercer Management (now Oliver Wyman). 

He shifted to the financial sector in 1999 when he joined Banque Saradar as Head of Strategy before assuming his functions at Quilvest in 2005, where he co-founded the Emerging Markets Private Equity platform. 

Carlos holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology at London University.

Yohan joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2021. He is a Senior Member of the Operations team, a Fund Director of our Funds & Co investment funds and is based in Luxembourg.  

Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Yohan spent four years in the administration department of Gen II Luxembourg Services (previously Quilvest Luxembourg Services).  

Yohan holds a Master's Degree in Wealth Management from IAE Nice and a Master in Banking and International Finance from ISEM Nice. 

David joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2025 as a Managing Director within the Business Development team and is based in New York.  

Prior to joining Quilvest, David was a Managing Director at CF Private Equity, where he oversaw the development of private markets mandates for endowments, foundations, healthcare organizations, family offices, insurance companies, and pension plans across the United States and Canada.

From 2014 to 2023, he served as a Director of Business Development at Amundi Asset Management, covering institutional and wealth management clients across the United States and Latin America. Earlier in his career, he held business development roles at TIAA Asset Management (now Nuveen Investments), Merrill Lynch, and REFCO.

David holds a B.A. from Brandeis University.

Blair joined Quilvest in 2017.  She is responsible for all accounting and tax matters of the Private Credit team and assists the US Director of Operations.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Blair was a Fund Accountant at Optima Fund Management LLC, where she was involved in accounting for various funds including direct investments, multi-manager and advisory funds.  Prior to Optima Fund Management LLC, Blair was involved in the research side of the fund-of-hedge funds where she worked as an Operational Due Diligence Analyst at Pioneer Alternative Investments.

Blair received her Master of Business Administration from Wagner College and Bachelor of Science from St. Francis College.

Finley joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2015. He is a Partner of the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in New York.  

Prior to joining Quilvest, Finley was a Vice President at GE Equity, the $2.5 billion private equity arm of GE Capital.  Finley was responsible for all aspects of the investment process including the sourcing and execution of new investments.  Finley also managed a $500 million direct and co-investment portfolio.   

Before re-joining GE, Finley was a Senior Associate at Loughlin Management Partners, a middle-market restructuring advisor.

Amandine Jung joined Quilvest Capital Partners in February 2025. She is a Legal and Corporate Governance Officer and is based in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Amandine spent 6 years working as a Legal Officer at 3i Investments (Luxembourg) SA in Luxembourg.

Tristan joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2025 as a Senior Advisor. Based in New York, he oversees Business Development for the Buyout team.

Tristan brings over 20 years of finance experience, primarily based in London. Prior to joining Quilvest, Tristan was Head Trader and Portfolio Manager at SC Lowy, an alternative credit asset manager.

From 2010 to 2019, he worked as a Leveraged Loan Trader on the sell-side. He began his career in Leveraged Finance at J.P. Morgan and ABN AMRO.

Tristan is a graduate of HEC Paris (Hautes Études Commerciales) and ENSIMAG (Grenoble INP).

Grégoire joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2007. He is a Principal within the Strategic Marketing team and is based in Paris.  

Grégoire joined Quilvest in 2007. He works on the due diligence of direct investments and private equity funds primarily in Europe. He also participates in the monitoring and reporting of QS PEP. 

Prior to that, Gregoire worked in mergers and acquisitions, notably at Deloitte and Crédit Agricole where he was involved in the execution of transactions in the service industry and manufacturing sector. 

He also has a previous experience in audit and financial controlling. 

He graduated from La Sorbonne (MSG) and holds a master in financial engineering from ESLSCA, awarded with honors. 

Jean-François joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2005. He is a Senior Advisor of the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in London.  

Prior to joining Quilvest, Jean-François gained seven years of management and strategic consulting experience as a Senior Associate Consultant with Bain & Company and a Junior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. 

At McKinsey, Jean-François worked with several European private equity funds in various industries, in particular the media and consumer goods sectors. His assignments included strategic and market due diligence, and merger and acquisition valuations. Prior to his consulting career, Jean-François worked for two years as an Analyst at Société Générale in São Paulo, Brazil. 

Jean-François is a graduate of HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) Paris and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Frances join Quilvest Capital Partners in 2005.She is the Director of Operations for the New York Office.

She is responsible for the US budget and overseas all accounting and operational services in the US.

Prior to joining Quilvest in January 2005, Frances was the CFO at The Onion, an American satirical media company and newspaper organization. While at The Onion, Frances was a member of the management team and prepared the consolidated financial statements.

Prior to The Onion, Frances was the Assistant Controller at SG Capital Partners, a $450 million middle market private equity fund focused on growth and leveraged buyout investments. Frances was responsible for the accounting of the fund and management reporting.

Frances earned her BBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business of Pace University.

Remi joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2013. He is the Deputy Head of Operations as well as Fund Director of our investment funds and is based in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Alexis was a Director at ACG Capital (ex Groupama Private Equity): co-manager of the investment team and member of the investment committee. He was leading private equity fund Investments in primary and secondary opportunities, buy-out, venture capital / growth equity, debt funds / mezzanine, infrastructure and special situations. He was also actively involved in client relationship, fundraising and new products development.

From 2003 to 2007, Alexis worked at Proparco (a French Development Financial Institution) where he co-founded the Private Equity team, focusing on Emerging markets (direct investments, private equity fund investments and co-investments).

He started his career as financial analyst in Sydney with BNP PARIBAS Equities Australia and then joined GOLDMAN SACHS Global Investment Research focusing on EMEA markets in London.

Spencer joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2021. He is a Vice President of the Private Credit Team and is based in New York.  

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Spencer was an associate in the Private Credit group at Modern Bank in New York. 

Spencer also previously worked at KPMG LLP, where he served as an advisory associate in the CMBS Securitization practice. 

Spencer graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Certification in Management Information Systems. 

Serge joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010. He is a Senior Advisor of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team and is based in Beirut. 

Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Serge spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch Private Bank – Bank of America in Paris as a Senior First Vice President in Wealth Management and fund raising in the Middle East , Turkey, and North Africa regions. 

Prior to that, Serge was a Managing Director at Banque Française de l’Orient a subsidiary of Indosuez Bank overviewing the Bank’s Corporate and Trade Finance activities. 

He started his career as Managing Partner in a Private soft commodity trading company and acted as a consultant for several leading multinational companies wishing to establish in the MEA region. 

Serge is a graduate of the American University of Beirut – Lebanon, he holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Banking and Finance.

John Repko is an Operating Advisor to the Buyout team and is based in New Jersey.

John brings nearly 30 years of experience in global technology leadership, having served as Chief Information Officer and independent board member for multiple public companies, with a strong focus on digital transformation, cybersecurity and enterprise platforms.

John most recently served as Executive Vice President and Global CIO at American International Group (AIG), where he led a $2+ billion global technology organization and supported enterprise transformation and complex M&A initiatives. Prior to AIG, John was the Global CIO at Johnson Controls and at Tyco.  Previously, John held leadership positions at Covance, SAS, General Electric.

John advises Quilvest’s investment team and portfolio companies on AI, technology strategy, digital value creation and operational transformation.

Walé joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2022. He is the Chief Technology Officer and is based in Paris.  

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Walé was an Information System & Workplace Director at an IT Consulting Company.  

Before that, he worked for over a decade in various environments around the world, including industry, services, and governments. 

Walé holds degrees in Information Technology, specializing in both the management and conception of Information systems.

Julia joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2026 as Carried Interest, Director within the Operations team in Luxembourg.

Before joining Quilvest, Julia spent five years within the Valuation and Fund Administration team at PAI Partners in Luxembourg where she was involved both in the valuation of portfolio companies and in the operational and financial oversight of the Private Equity funds.

She began her career as a Financial Auditor at Deloitte Luxembourg, where she worked for three years.

Julia holds a master’s degree in Accounting, Control & Audit from EM Strasbourg Business School, recognized within the French Chartered Accountant qualification pathway.

Ana Sainz de Vicuña is a director of Quilvest & Partners. 

From 1984 to 2003 she worked for Merrill Lynch in Spain both in the Private Banking and Investment Banking units holding a number of different managerial positions. 

Since 2004 she has been a board member of Corporación Financiera Guadalmar, a diversified Family Office with assets in Spain and Latin America (mainly Argentina and Chile). She supervises the Financial Investments Committee as well as the investments in hospitality in Chile. 

Ana is also member of the board of Grupo Security in Chile since 2009. Grupo Security is a Holding Company owning a Bank, an Insurance Company, an Asset Manager and a Services Company. It is listed in the Santiago de Chile Stock Exchange. 

In May 2014 she joined the Board of Inmobiliaria Colonial S.A a listed holding Company who owns Real Estate in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. She is Chairman of the Audit committee. 

In June 2015 she joined the Board of Acciona S.A, a leading firm in Infrastructure, Renewable Energies and water services. She was also asked to join the Audit Committee. Acciona is also listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange. 

In February 2017 she joined the Board of Prosegur Cash, listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange. Its main activity is Cash Transportation in Europe, Asia and South America. She is a Member of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee. 

Ana holds a BSC Honours Degree in Agricultural Economics from Reading University. She also completed the 77th session of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School in 2002. 

Mani joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2005. He is a Partner, heads the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in New York.  

He initially joined Quilvest in New York as a member of the direct investment team focused on lead and co-investments primarily in the United States before opening Quilvest’s Hong Kong office in 2010 to develop the Asia and emerging market private equity programs. 

Prior to joining Quilvest, Mani worked at Alvarez & Marsal, a prominent crisis management and restructuring advisory firm. 

Prior to A&M, Mani worked as the Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for a data center and data communications provider in the Northeastern United States.   

Mani started his career in the Media & Communications and International investment banking practices of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, both in New York and Hong Kong. 

Mani received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan. He is an advisory board member or board observer on a number of Quilvest’s funds and co-investments. He is married with three children.

Rami G. Sayegh joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2016 and is a Managing Director based in Dubai.

Rami initially joined Quilvest Capital Partners between 2016 and 2019 to develop the firm’s institutional client network and business development activities across the Middle East. He rejoined the firm in 2024 as Managing Director.

Prior to rejoining Quilvest Capital Partners, Rami led capital raising activities in the Middle East for Round Hill Capital. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in asset and wealth management and capital markets at Blominvest, Credit Suisse, SNB Capital and MECG.

Rami holds a BBA from the American University of Beirut and a MSc in Finance from the University of Surrey (UK).

Catherine joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010. She is a Partner of the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in Hong Kong.  

Prior to joining Quilvest, Catherine spent several years at HarbourVest Partners (Asia) in Hong Kong, most recently as a Vice President.  She focused on primary partnership investments across Asia Pacific and committed over $150 million in capital to managers across developed and emerging Asia. 

Prior to that, Catherine worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company in its Hong Kong, New York, and Boston offices.   

Catherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University with concentrations in Computer Science and Business Economics. 

David Silver is a Senior Advisor to the Buyout team in the UK and is based in London.

David brings more than two decades of investment banking and board-level experience, most recently serving as Head of European Investment Banking and a member of the Global Management Committee at a U.S. investment bank. Over his career, David has developed deep expertise in business services and tech-enabled services sectors as a banker, board director, advisor and investor.

David has served on the boards of several of Quilvest’s investments, including Phaidon International and Acuiti Labs.

Alongside his work with Quilvest, David holds several other private company and charity board positions.

David is a qualified lawyer with an MBA from London Business School

Gonzalo Tanoira was appointed director of the Company on June 10th, 2016.  

Mr. Tanoira lives in Buenos Aires and is a Director of several Argentine companies. He is the president of the Board of Directors of SA San Miguel, the largest citrus producer of the southern hemisphere, with operations in Argentina, Uruguay and South Africa. 

He is also Finance Director of Patagonia Gold, a mining company traded on the LSE with operations in the South of Argentina. He is director of Central Puerto, one of the largest energy generation companies in Argentina and of Grupo Peñaflor, a wine company. 

He has recently been appointed by the new Argentine government as director in its national airliner, Aerolineas Argentinas. 

In the past, Mr. Tanoira has worked in investment banking in New York as an analyst for Bear Stearns & Co, and in consulting as an Associate for Booz Allen & Hamilton in its offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Santiago de Chile. 

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Belgrano University (Buenos Aires) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and part of the business council of ESE, at the University of Los Andes (Chile) 

Daniel joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2019. He is a Managing Director, Global Head of Sustainability and is based in Paris.   

Daniel leads Quilvest's sustainability function across the firm, developing ESG strategy, integrating sustainability into investment processes, and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Daniel spent two years as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris.

Before that, he worked for various engineering and energy companies in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Daniel holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as two MSc in Engineering from the IFP-School and ESCPE Lyon.

Thomas possède plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans le Private Equity et a travaillé sur plus d’une dizaine d’opérations à travers l’Europe (France, Suisse, Belgique, Royaume-Uni, Luxembourg) (Leveraged Buyout).

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest Capital Partners, Thomas a débuté sa carrière au sein du département Fusions et Acquisitions chez Lazard Frères, d'abord à New York puis à Londres.

Thomas est diplômé de l'ESCP (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) et détient un Master en Organisation Industrielle de La Sorbonne, obtenu avec distinction.

Dayana a rejoint Quilvest Capital Partners en 2022. Elle est l’assistante de l'équipe Capital Transmission et est basée à Paris.

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest Capital Partners, Dayana travaillait au Congrès de la République du Pérou.

Renata joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2021. She is Chief Executive Officer, AIFM Conducting Officer and a member of AIFM Board of Directors. Renata is based in Luxembourg.

Prior to taking up the CEO role in Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2023, Renata was the Chief Compliance Officer and AML/CFT Officer of AIFM.

Before joining the Luxembourg investment fund industry, Renata spent 15 years in financial sector in Luxembourg, Ireland and Italy covering the compliance, project management, product development and marketing roles for the life and non-life insurance companies.

She has an MBA from Kaunas University of Technology and an MSc degree from Pavia University.

Marta joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2011. She is a Director of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team and is based in Paris. 

Marta is responsible for developing relationships with private and institutional clients in Europe, with focus on Italy, Benelux and the Nordics. 

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Marta was part of the Global Equity & Commodity Derivatives team at BNP Paribas. 

Marta started her career in the corporate finance team at Carrefour Property.  

Marta graduated from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) and holds a Master in International Business from Poznan University of Economics.

Benjamin joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2025 as an Associate within the Primaries, Secondaries, and Co-Investing team, and is based in New York.

He focuses on the due diligence and execution of private equity fund commitments, co-investments, and secondary transactions across North America.

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Benjamin began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Alternative Asset Management M&A group at Evercore in New York.

Benjamin attended Cornell University’s Hotel School, graduating with a Bachelor in Science in Hotel Administration.

Guy a rejoint Quilvest Capital Partners en 2014 en tant que PDG. En 2018, il a quitté ce poste pour devenir le Président du Comité d'Investissement Européen pour l’équipe Capital Transmission et est basé à Paris.

Guy possède plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du Private Equity en Europe, aux États-Unis et sur les marchés émergents. Il a initié et réalisé plus de 50 investissements dans le domaine au cours de sa carrière.

Avant de rejoindre Quilvest, Guy était membre du comité de direction du groupe 3i, associé gérant des investissements en growth equity, associé gérant des marchés en développement, président et associé gérant pour la France, et directeur général pour le Benelux.

Avant de rejoindre le groupe 3i en 1987, Guy a travaillé chez Eli Lilly et pour une entreprise familiale.

Eloïse joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2025 as a Compliance Officer, within the AIFM based in Luxembourg.

Before joining, Eloïse worked on Compliance & AML/FT matters in multiple sensitive industries, where she maintained and contributed to oversee the development of the Compliance program in France.

At the beginning of her career, she served as a Criminal & Business Legal Officer at a corporate company and in a lawyer firm, covering individuals and international institutional clients in Paris.

Eloïse holds a Master Degree in Law from UPEC University, and is CAMS certified.
